• Exchange Reminder Features
  Customizable templates allow the administrator and users to select the date, frequency, and description of the reminder. For instance, for law firms, fields include client and matter numbers to associate the event to a particular client.
  
  Reminders are generated automatically, based upon the due date and intervals of the reminders. And, all reminders will adjust accordingly if the date moves.
  
  All events are placed in the Microsoft Exchange™ public folder, enabling the Administrator and users to use custom Outlook™ filters for viewing specific events.
  
  All attendees of the event will receive an appointment for the event in their own local calendar.
  
  A weekly report can be generated for those who want to print out there weekly reminders.
